The Foundation will not sell, trade, share or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties without your prior consent. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property or safety.

Online Charitable Contributions Policy

The Foundation does not refund charitable contributions made online via its website, and such contributions are considered irrevocable. The Foundation will provide each donor with a charitable contribution gift acknowledgment to document properly the donation for the donor’s income tax records.
